Albuquerque

To the east of the city are the Sandia Mountains. This tram takes you to the top at 10,378 feet! At one point on the ride you are over 900 feet above the canyon. At the top you get a view of both sides of the mountains of up to 11,000 square miles!

Santa Fe

We went to the Santa Fe Railyard which holds a farmer's market, local vendors, a park and exhibition center.

In downtown Sante Fe there is a beautiful square and vendors selling their wares right on the sidewalk. The shops are full of colorful artwork.

Santa Fe's charm comes from all the bright colors and the adobe style architecture.

Just down from the square, like so many early towns, is a magnificent cathedral with beautiful details.
