DEB AND DAVE'S RV ADVENTURE
"Life Rocks When Your House Rolls"

MISSOURI to ARIZONA
MISSOURI
St. Louis, famous for
it's tall
Gateway Arch.
Busch Stadium
Also home of Anheuser Busch, maker of Busch and Budweiser beer.
Another walk/bike bridge over the Mississippi from Illinois. This was formally a car bridge,
the original Route 66.
Near the border of Missouri and Oklahoma is a little city called Carthage. It dates back to the 1800's. This is historic home
is still lived in.
OKLAHOMA
Oklahoma City skyline
Surprisingly in the flat Great Plains of the country there is this 1.2 mile long canyon which is a state park. It is filled with trees, birds and red rock walls. Quite a contrast from above.
This was a very artistic work on the overpass of the freeway.
TEXAS
As is well known, Texas does everything BIG. This rest stop was immense!
NEW MEXICO
The Courthouse in Carthage.
New Mexico is famous for it's green chiles. We found some being roasted in the grocery parking lot.
On the Turquoise Trail, a backroad from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, we found a museum called Tinkertown. It consisted of old collections and woodworked displays that have been added to since 1961. This is just one of many, many display cases.
On the wall of this museum was this saying by Will Rogers. We certainly could relate to it!
